It’s a personal choice, however I suggest we set up a 20 minute consult call. I’ll ask you some questions to discover what you want to change, as well as not what you think, but HOW you think. Once I’ve gained awareness of the HOW you think and your needs. We can develop a plan, together that will help facilitate your desired outcome. Remember, it’s always best for you to do your own due diligence in finding the right person for you, along with the right type of therapy.
We use hypnosis to access and tap into your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is the part of your mind that operates 95% of your day and life. Do you know we only use our conscious mind in approximately 5% of our daily choices and life. Majority of what we do, think, how we act and react is based on an old program, or our auto pilot. We drive to work or brush our teeth without thinking about it, constantly. As well as many others things in our life. Hypnosis is a safe way of accessing this natural intelligence and issuing new positive, affirming instructions to create miraculous changes in you, your behavior and your body.

Have you ever zoned out while driving or watching a movie? That is a flow state, a trance, or a deep state of relaxation. It is most often compared to daydreaming or to mediation. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought. The intentional hypnosis we use during your session is entering these same, natural states deliberately and with awareness. It is a systematic method that allows you to communicate directly with your subconscious and issue new suggestions or instructions. It is a very effective method for accessing your own inner resources such as confidence, self worth, happiness; making belief & behavioral changes and much more. These suggestions are tailor-made to your individual needs. It is safe and you are always in control.

Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) is how our brain & language determine how we see and live in our world. It’s how we decipher and process our environment (internally/externally) and the meaning we attach to it. NLP works with the clients current model of their world, problem, belief and helps to reestablish, new patterns that better serve the clients desired outcome. There are many tools and techniques used in NLP, such as Timeline , Anchoring, Perceptual Position, Words that change minds, and many more. All assist with changing your mindset & helping you reach your goals. This is often combined and incorporated with one to one coaching.
