How do I know if RTT or coaching is better for me?

It’s a personal choice, however I suggest we set up a 20 minute consult call. I’ll ask you some questions to discover what you want to change, as well as not what you think, but HOW you think. Once I’ve gained awareness of the HOW you think and your needs. We can develop a plan, together that will help facilitate your desired outcome. Remember, it’s always best for you to do your own due diligence in finding the right person for you, along with the right type of therapy.

Why does RTT use hypnosis?

We use hypnosis to access and tap into your subconscious mind.  Your subconscious mind is the part of your mind that operates 95% of your day and life. Do you know we only use our conscious mind in approximately 5% of our daily choices and life.  Majority of what we do, think, how we act and react is based on an old program, or our auto pilot.  We drive to work or brush our teeth without thinking about it, constantly.  As well as many others things in our life.  Hypnosis is a safe way of accessing this natural intelligence and issuing new positive, affirming instructions to create miraculous changes in you, your behavior and your body.
 
Are there some areas, that you think could use an upgrade?
Maybe the way you allow your inner critic to hold space too often.
Or why you can’t stop eating sweets & sugar?
Possibly letting go of the anxiety and fear of talking in front of people?
 
With RTT we tap into the subconscious and make deep and lasting changes.  We rewire, our brain pathways (neurons) to have the outcome and change we desire.  I’m sure you’ve all heard “neurons that fire together, wire together”.  Now think about how many times you’ve reacted to the same thing, in the same way….an argument with a spouse or family member.  Or have eaten a chocolate bar and feel peaceful and satiated at first, only to realize it ruined your wellness goals for the day, that is conditioned neural wiring.  You’ve trained your brain to act and react that way.

Tell me more about my subconscious.

Our subconscious is the most powerful part of our brain, it contains our experiences, programs, and a very deep level of intelligence. It is your untapped resource for creativity and imagination. Your subconscious mind is the seat of all your emotions and therefore directs nearly all of your behavior. Most importantly, your subconscious is also responsible for maintaining your body in good health and for all autonomic processes (e.g. breathing, blood circulation, tissue regeneration, repair etc.)  With RTT, we also practice a technique called “Cell Command Therapy”.  CCT is used to help facilitate your optimal physical health, with injury & disease.  CCT can help ease symptoms, help heal and move you towards great health and vitality.

What is Hypnosis and what does it feel like?

Have you ever zoned out while driving or watching a movie? That is a flow state,  a trance, or a deep state of relaxation. It is most often compared to daydreaming or to mediation. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought.  The intentional hypnosis we use during your session is entering these same, natural states deliberately and with awareness. It is a systematic method that allows you to communicate directly with your subconscious and issue new suggestions or instructions. It is a very effective method for accessing your own inner resources such as confidence, self worth, happiness; making belief & behavioral changes and much more. These suggestions are tailor-made to your individual needs.  It is safe and you are always in control.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

You can. Everyone can. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. It's an easy, enjoyable relaxing process.  It also, helps you to achieve the results you want in a fast and meaningful way.  I will sometimes send clients a recording prior so they feel at ease in our session and comfortable with my voice. Please inquire if this is something you feel may benefit you.

Is it safe?

Absolutely. RTT is a science. You enter hypnosis via a deep relaxation technique and you are in complete control throughout the entire session.
 
RTT is endorsed by the General Hypnotherapy Register, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the National and International Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the International Association of Complementary Therapists, the International Institute of Complementary Therapies and many other International bodies.

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?

Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) is how our brain & language determine how we see and live in our world.  It’s how we decipher and process our environment (internally/externally) and the meaning we attach to it. NLP works with the clients current model of their world, problem, belief and helps to reestablish, new patterns that better serve the clients desired outcome.  There are many tools and techniques used in NLP, such as Timeline , Anchoring, Perceptual Position, Words that change minds, and many more.  All assist with changing your mindset & helping you reach your goals. This is often combined and incorporated with one to one coaching.

Is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) as affective on Zoom as it is in person?

Yes, It is an excellent medium for this work and my clients report the same phenomenal results, whether we meet in person or via video session.
